CQI membership report 2009
In February a CQI survey entitled The Future of Quality was emailed out to members to find out more about the current situation and future challenges that quality professionals are facing.
The survey, which closed on 21 March 2009, had a successful response rate of 20%. The results were analyzed in a report titled, CQI 2009 Membership Survey: Current Trends and Future Directions in the Quality Profession, which provides a useful snapshot of the activities and challenges faced by the quality professionals who make up the CQI membership.
