YouGov Survey
The YouGov poll, which sampled more than 2,500 employees from all sectors, was carried out to determine the cost of poor quality.
The survey took place between the 24 and 27 October 2008 and was carried out online.
The final sample size was 2,597 adults who are currently in full or part-time work and the results were weighted to be representative of the total workforce in terms of organizational size and public, private and voluntary sector split. In addition information was captured on the employee’s industry and seniority.
