Our purpose is to provide a dynamic environment for the dissemination of research, new concepts and ideas, and best practice in the field of quality management - very broadly defined. Subject areas may include all aspects of product and service quality plus the burgeoning field of social responsibility including environmental impact and the management of corporate and professional standards of conduct.
The Editorial Panel of the Journal of Quality welcomes high quality submissions on any subject related to quality and excellence. Papers and proposals may be sent to journal@thecqi.org
We are looking for rigorously researched papers and review articles covering design, performance and improvement of services, products, processes and systems across all economic and social sectors. Papers should be of help not only for further academic analsis but for thoughtful application in the 'real world'.
Contributors
We are looking for authors from a wide variety of backgrournds. We welcome papers from historians, sociologists and psychologists as well as from the physical sciences, engineering, management studies. Contributors can be not only from educational institutions but also consultants and practising professionals and managers.
