Training advisory service

The CQI offers a day's consultancy to help you assess your personnel’s training needs versus your organization's goals and objectives and identify the suitable courses that satisfy those needs.

This service is delivered by one of the CQI trainers with comprehensive management systems experience, as well as experience in design and delivery of a diverse range of bespoke, in-house and public courses.

The topics include quality, environmental, social/ethical standards, management and personnel.

What does the day include?

  • A discussion with your organization's key decision-makers to obtain an overview regarding its goals and objectives and future plans
  • Discussion of current knowledge and experience of your personnel versus your organization's goals, objectives and plans, in order to identify any gaps
  • Discussion of contents and suitability of any publicly available standard courses or bespoke training solutions that may be more appropriate to the development of your personnel and your business objectives
  • Recommendations to help you assess suitable training, including timescales, and suitable methodology for satisfying the training needs
