CQI South Western
The CQI's presence in the south west of England and in Wales.
Aims of the region
To provide leadership and coordination of its branch member resources within the region to:
- Ensure a programme of activities are organised to meet the declared needs of the members in the region
- Contribute to determining the Institute’s objectives, plans and targets, particularly as articulated in its Business Plan and the supplement prepared by the Branches and Regions Board
- Contribute to delivery of the outputs of those Business Plan in those aspects appropriate to the region and its branches resources by developing local plans and implementing them locally
- Work creatively to maximise the contribution of their region and branch volunteers to further the Institute’s aims, and to ensure that those volunteers are motivated and recognised for their contribution
- Identify what resources are required, and use their best endeavours to obtain the resources required to enable the agreed programme of activities to be delivered
