Presentation by CQI Director of Communications, Catherine Bithell
CQI Director of Communications, Catherine Bithell, gave a presentation on the CQI’s external affairs and communications activities, incorporating events, research, media and website plans. Catherine also gave an update the group on the CQI’s two major corporate programmes, the planned relocation of the CQI’s headquarters this summer and the IT systems replacement project.
The objective of the external communications is to expand the influence of the CQI with the stakeholders, government, media and the wider public including new potential CQI members.
