8th December 2011 CQI Wessex event - Delivering change projects in the real world

Delivering change projects in the real world with Martin Mannix from HPA (Health Protection Agency)

In a world where technology and markets are constantly evolving and the expectations of stakeholders are growing, change in pursuit of organizational advantage has become a way of life for many of us.

Martin Mannix from HPA (Health Protection Agency) explored some of the issues that managers regularly encounter when seeking to deliver change projects in the midst of growing and often conflicting pressures within organizations. A case study of the introduction of a documented management system in a very short timescale.

His presentation included real world examples of change projects, the strategy for delivery, the planning and implementation, as well as some of the problems encountered along the way.
