Event details

Sustainable organisations use both continual improvement and innovation. This unique one-day workshop provides an interactive opportunity for quality and business improvement professionals to explore the five secrets that underpin Deming’s approach to innovation, learn how to apply them in their organisations and network with other like-minded individuals. It also provides an opportunity for a full day of CPD.

The workshop will feature short high-impact presentations from a range of speakers, including Peter Judd, principal consultant – customer experience innovation at BT Group and Ray Charlton, associate fellow at Said Business School, Oxford University. The main part of the day will involve working collaboratively to explore and share issues delegates have surrounding innovation in their own workplaces. The discussions will be followed by plenary sessions in which group contributions can be shared.
