Medical devices can be used to treat people with varying degrees of illness, ensuring product quality could mean the difference between life and death. To achieve excellence, all sectors of our industry must come together to learn and to discuss quality related issues.
The MTQG has been formed with the aim of:
- providing an international forum to promote a consistent approach to quality for medical devices
- informing members about/giving access to cost effective conferences, workshops, publications etc
- offering a website service for quality improvement and regulatory issues within the medical devices community
- expanding the international network for medical device QA/RA professionals
- developing partnerships to create an environment of knowledge sharing and co-operation
The MTQG is actively seeking collaborations with other industry groups, initially the Association of British Healthcare Industries (ABHI), the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Pharmaceutical Quality Group (PQG). These collaborations should extend our network and enable us to provide a better service to the medical device community.
Register to join the MTQG and receive regular updates.
