World Quality Day 2009
In 2009, The CQI continued the World Quality Day campaign by encouraging organisations worldwide to run events or to participate in one of the regional events organised by the CQI branches.
The CQI teams up with Sellafield Ltd
The CQI teamed up with Sellafield Ltd to promote World Quality Day at the Sellafield Centre on Wednesday 11 November 2009.
An impressive itinerary featured some of the country's most respected speakers, including Professor John Oakland, John Seddon, David Straker, Ian Gotts, Jan Gillett, Olivier Mythodrama and many more.
The CQI annual John Loxham Lecture also took place and David Hutchins, CEO of DHi Ltd, presented Hoshin Kanri, a strategic approach to business improvement.
