The CQI e-Library
In April 2013 the CQI will launch its e-library which contains vast amounts of information in the form of reports, journals and ebooks. The CQI e-Library will only be available to members.

The CQI Quality Competence Framework
The CQI have developed a quality competency framework. The framework defines relevant and up-to-date competencies applicable to quality professionals working at all levels and across all sectors. It captures the expanding scope of quality management (such as ethics, sustainability and security) and external forces (such as globalisation).
The competencies are described in terms of knowledge and experience, covering both quality management and leadership behaviours, with four maturity levels, taking people from learner to leader/expert. Access will be via the CQI web site and members will be able to conduct a self-assessment to understand their current level of competency and plan their career and personal development accordingly.
As a company member you will be able to use the CQI competency set to inform your own development approach, using the framework as a basis for role definition, recruitment, and on-going assessment and development of staff.

The CQI Small Business Standard
We’ve dedicated time to making sure that you get the best advice and guidance in order to make your company as efficient as it can be. The CQI’s newly revised Small Business Standard (SBS) provides a pre curser for small businesses to the ISO 9000 enabling you to continuously improve and nail down processes whilst saving a huge amount of time and money.
The SBS comes with a special how to use guide only available to CQI Company Members which will give you the tools you need to implement the standard effectively.
