Rose has a passion for raising the performance of organizations and making people's working lives more vibrant. Following an early career in engineering and operational research, Rose has played a key role in the founding of London Excellence, and is now its chief executive. London Excellence is a not-for-profit organization that provides recognition and encouragement for people striving to raise the performance of organizations in London and the surrounding areas.
Since its formation, London Excellence has formed strong relationships with the business community providing the company with the support and resources to launch the London Excellence Awards in 2005. Interest in the awards has steadily grown and the awards will be opened to a national audience in 2008 in partnership with the CQI.
Rose is married with a teenage son and has variously been involved as a school governor and a cub scout helper involved in a range of activities from abseiling to pancake making, regularly taking groups of children to camp under canvas.
