Any payment not clearly marked with a membership number will be classed as a donation to the CQI.

New subscriptions start from next available issue. We are not able to backdate subscriptions to the beginning of the year.

If renewals are received late, there may be an interruption to supply.

Claims for missing issues must be received within 3 months of the cover date of the first missing issue.
