| Chartered Quality Professional (CQP) |
CQPs (CQI Member and Fellow grades) are competent in the quality management approach and the associated tools and techniques to ensure that their organisation consistently satisfies its customers and stakeholders, and continually improves its performance. |

| Continuing professional development (CPD) |

The CQI has a comprehensive branch network of 36 branches throughout the UK plus three overseas branches, which meet regularly for talks, seminars and visits. These provide ample opportunities for networking and to exchange ideas and information on the latest quality tools and techniques. |
