The appropriate fee(s) must accompany all application forms. Company membership fees differ slightly and can be found in our company membership section.

The above fees are applicable from 1 November 2011 to 31 December 2012. Annual renewals of membership fees run on a calendar year beginning 1 January.

Payment
Payments can be made by the following methods:
Direct Debit
You can set up a direct debit from any UK account. We will send you a letter each year notifying you when the money will come out of your account. To set this up you need to send us a signed direct debit mandate to the following address:

Online
You can pay online if you are a current CQI member renewing your membership subscription. You do this by registering your details on the MyCQI section which will then give you access to log onto this section. Go to your payments section and follow the instructions.
Credit card
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can send us your credit card details by post or via email, or alternatively you can provide them by telephone on + 44 (0)20 7245 6866.
