Certificate in Systems Management - Level 5
The Certificate provides new and existing systems managers with the skills to plan, implement and assess the effectiveness of an organisation's business management system. The qualification does this by developing the ability to embed quality principles, standards and models into a business management system, and the ability to assess the system's capacity to consistently support business and stakeholder needs. This qualification meets part of the qualification requirements to become a CQI Member, Chartered Quality Professional.
