Examinations and assessments
Your education centre will provide you with a Unit entry form. Once complete you will need to send it back to the centre, which will register you with the CQI.
Please contact CQI Education directly if your address details have changed.
June 2011 assesment results
The results were sent via post on 30 August 2011. The results cannot be issued over the phone or by e-mail.
Please note that if there is any unsettled balance on your account, the results have been withdrawn. If you wish to check your payment status or if you have changed your address recently, please contact CQI Education on 020 7245 6877 or email education@thecqi.org.
