Catherine Bithell
Executive Director Communications
Catherine Bithell is responsible for the CQI’s external communications, encompassing media and stakeholder relations.
Catherine is an experienced communications professional who has previously worked as an Associate Director for the communications agency, Forster, as Director of Communications for the Institute for Public Policy Research and as Head of Media and Campaigns for the trade union Unite. She has also worked in national and regional government.
As a trained journalist, with an extensive background in issues-based and political communications, Catherine’s vision is to raise quality to the top of the business, government and third sectors agendas.
