We combine a beautiful Grade II listed building with superb facilities and first class service to offer sophistication at an affordable price.

The following rooms are available for functions:
Conference room 1: 50 seat capacity
Conference room 2: 50 seat capacity
Seminar room: 20 in a u-shape or 35 in theatre style seating
Our dining room can cater for 30 with seated dining or 50 with standing buffet.
Our building
Built in 1865 for the Marquis of Westminster, 12 Grosvenor Crescent has been extensively renovated and refurbished to meet the needs of event organisers. There are four high-quality meeting rooms, with two of the largest rooms decorated in gold gilt ceilings and one which boasts a large balcony overlooking Belgrave Square.
For a smaller event the more traditional seminar room provides a distinguished venue. All rooms offer the latest interactive modern facilities for conferences, meetings, receptions, seminars and lunches at an attractive cost.
