The CQI Advisory Council (the Council) represents the broad church of the Institute’s stakeholders (Members, certified auditors, business and industry, government, etc.) and has three primary roles:
- To elect the CQI Board of Trustees (the Board), hold the Board to
account and if necessary remove members of the Board from office
- To act as an ideas creation body for the Institute
- To act as the ultimate guardian of integrity and ethics.
