How to make a complaint

The CQI complaints process is an essential part of maintaining the integrity of, and improving our awards and processes. You may submit formal complaints against:

  • the conduct of CQI members and registered consultants
  • the conduct of CQI Company members and Education centres
  • our own decisions with regard to membership or approval or our own conduct.

Written complaints must be directed specifically for the attention of the Quality Manager and should be accompanied by as much information and evidence as possible in support of your allegations. Anonymous complaints will only be considered at our discretion.

Your complaint will be acknowledged and, once accepted, an investigation will be carried out by the CQI executive and the outcome communicated to you. If you are not satisfied with this outcome you may appeal against it.
