The CQI launches new jobs website

The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) has launched a new online jobs service, www.qualityjobs.org.uk

In recognition of the increase in recruitment in the quality profession, the CQI’s jobsite reflects core industry areas, including manufacturing, engineering and construction, all areas that experienced sustained growth in 2010 and are predicted to grow in 2011. The CQI says it is seeing the greatest demand for quality professionals since 2008.

Simon Feary, Chief Executive for the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), said:

“We took the decision to develop a CQI jobsite because we have witnessed the significant growth in the market for Quality Jobs and understand the enormous potential benefit for our brand, as the professional body representing quality professionals, in associating ourselves with this unique service.”

The new site is open to both Chartered Quality Institute members and certified auditors from the International Register of Certified Auditors. It joins the CQI’s monthly magazine Qualityworld’s offer for recruitment advertising in this area.

Other sectors covered by the site include automotive, environmental services, health, oil and gas, education and the voluntary sector. The site also enables quality professionals to search by job title, geographic area and salary and to upload their cvs and personal profiles for recruiters to search.
