Body Shop International
The Body Shop is an international retailer of cosmetics and toiletries using community fair-trade ingredients that are not tested on animals through a network of company-owned and franchized shops.
Our company was looking for a training provider that could deliver in-house training on the subjects of ‘good auditing practice’ and ‘inspection sampling for incoming goods’. Being a member of the CQI, I naturally turned to them for advice.
Our requirements were taken onboard and the CQI training department put me in contact with two suitable trainers. This gave me the opportunity to discuss in more detail with the actual trainer so that the course was tailored to our precise needs.
I was provided with a course outline and relevant material prior to the two courses, which gave me a clear understanding of the day and enabled practical arrangements to be made.
Both courses were delivered to the set plan and the trainers were very knowledgeable on their subject. Throughout the training, practical examples were used to reinforce understanding and enable candidates to ask questions. My expectations for the two courses were fully delivered and the feedback from candidates was very positive.
We are currently reviewing our training requirements and should any relevant training needs be identified we will not hesitate in contacting the CQI for delivery.
