Mansell is a construction partner with national capability and regional delivery to the community. Through various procurement models with both public and private sector customers, the company develops long-term sustainable relationships in specific market sectors including affordable housing, education, health, defence, airports, rail, commercial and interiors, culture and heritage.
It was very important to us that the training helped develop competent and confident auditors, which CQI clearly delivered.
We developed the course material with Nina and focused on procedures and case studies from our own business to keep the learning relevant. Feedback was excellent from all attendees and we invited CQI back for a second time to run another in-house bespoke training course.
As well as establishing a thorough appreciation of auditing principles, auditors were also encouraged to challenge and develop our own internal audit process.
We will undoubtedly return to CQI for further training and would especially recommend Nina Abbassi as an excellent trainer.
