- Online services.
In 2010, APM embarked on a project to introduce a full quality management system into the organisation, in support its business plan and objectives. The CQI were chosen to support the project and provide all our training requirements. Due to their reputation, our expectations of the CQI were high at the outset.
To date, the CQI have provided two bespoke in-house training courses for our project team members from across the business. In addition, APM have become a Corporate Member of the CQI and have two members of staff as Associate Members, currently taking their Certificates in Quality Management Practice. A CQI consultant also presented the Principles of Quality Management to our Executive Team.
The acid test of training is the feedback from the delegates and I am delighted to report that so far it has been exceptionally good. In particular, the structure of the courses and the quality of the trainers have been very well received. We still have some way to go, but based on our experience to date we are confident that we have made the right choice in the CQI.
