The IQA is now the CQI
The Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA) was granted a Royal Charter by Her Majesty the Queen in 2006 and we became the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) on 1 January 2007.
Along with our new name comes a strong new message; through innovation and care, we create quality.

As the Chartered Quality Institute we now offer enhanced professional recognition for our members.
We still offer the great range of training courses we provided as the IQA, with a few more besides. And we can tailor in-house training to your organisation's needs.
You can study for our Certificate or Diploma in Quality through our network of Education Centres.
Qualityworld remains the world's leading publication on quality and business improvement.
