World Quality Day

The purpose of World Quality Day is to promote awareness of quality around the world and to encourage individuals' development and organisations' prosperity.
In order to survive during an economic downturn organisations require a strong competitive advantage. Quality management and its focus on improving efficiency and productivity can help organisations achieve this. We are therefore delighted to announce that the theme for World Quality Week 2012 will be Quality: Delivering Competitive Advantage.
