Structured problem solving

After his successful presentation last year on Effective Project Management for Team Based Business Improvement Projects, Terry Rose is returning for another evening.

Being able to identify problems is one of the most important core competencies that individuals, teams and organisations can develop. This interactive presentation will explore the benefits, concepts and logic of structured problem solving as applied to all types and sizes of organisations, with a discussion of some dilemmas that an organisation may face. There will be a review of the typical principles associated with the 7-step methodology and the opportunity to share your own problem solving experiences.

Terry has been an active member of the CQI and the Deming Special Interest Group since 1985 and has a long career in Quality, including several senior quality and business improvement positions.
