If you know that there are other grounds why you cannot sit the examination or submit your C1 and C2 assignments, not mentioned in Deferral procedure, you may transfer it to the following term no later than 3 weeks before the examination date.

The CQI charges a transfer fee (for all up-to-date fees please see www.thecqi.org/education). The relevant coursework will be required to be completed in the following term.

In order to transfer you need to fill in the Module transfer form (obtained from your education centre) and email it the CQI at education@thecqi.org.

If you failed to inform the CQI before the stipulated deadlines that you will not be taking the examination, the CQI will charge the full module entry fee for both the original and the new examination entries.
