Financial Services Business Improvement Group (FSBIG) within the Chartered Quality Institute (the CQI) is a network for the exchange of business optimisation experience between financial services professionals.
Founding members supporting the network are drawn from senior executives at leading financial institutions including HSBC.
The primary objective is to provide professionals in financial services with a network that facilitates the open exchange of business optimisation experience, best practice and benchmarking, resulting in increased business impact and expansion of formal optimisation initiatives within the companies of its members.
