Integrated Management Group

The CQI integrated management special interest group (IMSIG) provides a forum to exchange best integrated management practice.

Objectives

  1. To influence the CQI with a view to enabling it to take the lead in promoting the efficiency and effectiveness of organisations through integrated management.
  2. To provide speakers and other support to the CQI and other groups on the subject of integrated management.
  3. To provide a focus for discussion and debate on the subject of integrated management, in particular through the electronic discussion forum.
  4. To provide an opportunity for the exchange of integrated management experiences within the group through case studies and benchmarking.
  5. To promote efficient and effective business practices based on integrated management through presentations at conferences, training courses and other contacts.
  6. To provide information and presentation materials relating to integrated management, to the extent that resources within the group are able to do so.

Mission

To act as a focal point for the mutual exchange and dissemination of best practice within the area of integrated management

Membership

The group is open to those members of the CQI who wish to develop their knowledge and expertise in the area of integrated management and who can contribute to the objectives of the group.

Non CQI members and representatives of other organisations may be invited to participate in the group's activities: meetings, e-group discussions and/or any associated events.
