Business Excellence Manager

We are looking for someone to champion excellence in our business processes, products and services. You will develop a team capable of leading this drive for excellence during an exciting period of significant organic growth in a global market.
Utilising your professional skills you will focus on introducing a systematic quality systems review, establishing a professional quality engineering function, implementing a process control system in a high volume lean manufacturing environment and working with our JV in China to implement an appropriate quality plan.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline and hold professional quality qualifications. Experience of taking responsibility for the development and maintenance of a QMS is essential as well as a passion for driving best practice within a business. The ability to collaborate with others is vital as well as being able to demonstrate your management skills in leading a team.
