Lean Transformation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lean Transformation Engineer to join a high profile team charged with re-engineering our business processes.
Your key role will be to facilitate the business to develop new ways of working, utilising relevant business tools that support our ambitious international growth plans. You will identify our critical success factors and the methods to measure them, delivering KPIs direct to the process owners. You will also deputise for the Lean Enterprise Programme Director as required.
You will have had experience of successfully implementing lean initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal and project management skills will be essential in this role.
