Quality Manager

Business Context
Chubb Security Personnel Ltd is an established market leader in the provision of manned guarding services to all sectors of the community. Chubb Security Personnel seeks an energetic and experienced Quality Manager to be responsible for the British Standards and our ACE programme.
Key responsibilities:
- To manage the QNS ensuring that process owners continually reviewing and improving their documented processes.
- To audit the Support Centres and Head Office on an ad-hoc basis to ensure that procedures are being adhered to and high quality maintained.
- To audit the Support Centres as per arranged schedules to ensure that
- procedures are being adhered to and high quality maintained.
- To provide reports from audits on all findings to relevant Management.
- To attend a monthly review with the Managing Director to present findings and discuss progress.
- To audit the screening procedures to ensure that they are being adhered to and high quality maintained.
- To co-ordinate ACE activities on report progress throughout the Company. To ensure each site achieves the required level of competency to the published plan.
- To communicate regularly with the ACE EMEA Manager.
- Support EH&S efforts of the Company including adherence of EH&S Management Systems and other UTC and Chubb standards.
- Attend EH&S Oversight Committee meetings as required.
- Conduct EH&S Management Audit quarterly as appropriate, and ensure completion of corrective actions within targeted completion date.
- Where appropriate, incorporate EH&S Management Systems and issues into Quality processes.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 2 years in a responsible QA role
- Good communicator and relationship builder at all levels
- Excellent administration skills and able to work to deadlines
- Proactively can provide guidance
- Prepared to travel
Performance Indicators:
- Manages the British Standards 7858 and 7499 and associated audits
- Strengthens the QMS across the Company
- ACE qualification
