Because right now we are looking for a Quality Technical Support Manager to join the team in Alton, to lead our drive to deliver the best integrated systems combining ISO9001, BRC, FEMAS, HACCP, and GMP.
But we are not stopping there! We want you to be our 5S champion to lock-in the best workplace standards. And then we want you to work with our Environmental Manager and our Health and Safety Manager to create a truly integrated business management system.

When you join us as a Quality Technical Support Manager you will:
- Act as the primary technical department resource for the Alton Brewery in the development and maintenance of systems and methodologies for the management of Quality systems
- Champion continuous Improvement in all QESH legislative disciplines through innovation and insight from both internal and external sources
- Assist the Technical Manager and the EHS Manager in the identification and delivery of effective training, and monitoring and validation of Team Members in Quality skills

For the position of Quality Technical Support Manager we are looking for someone with a BSc (or equivalent) in a Science subject, or proven production/laboratory experience, and a Diploma (or equivalent) in Brewing. To boost this we would also like to see a Lead Auditor qualification, and a high level of technical brewing, QA and packaging knowledge.
