Business System Assessor
We are currently looking to recruit several Business System Assessors within the Business Excellence Department of our Process Development Group based at our Port Talbot and Llanwern sites in South Wales.
This job has been created to ensure that an effective internal assessment process is operating across the business and to actively promote best industry practice and standards. The role will ensure that business policies and practices are communicated, understood and applied consistently throughout the business and are capable of delivering business goals. The role will positively support the implementation of the SAP based business management system and the implementation of a preferred business excellence model.
We are looking to recruit a self-starter, educated to Degree / HND level or equivalent and ideally be an active member of the Chartered Quality Institute. You would have extensive experience in assessing and improving Business Management Processes and Systems (preferably integrated) with an appreciation of Lean philosophies. You would ideally have a good understanding of TS 16949 (plus associated automotive requirements), ISRS 7, the Excellence Model and the Malcolm Baldrige Award. Working knowledge of measurement system analysis, capability analysis, ISO14001, ISO 18001 and possess excellent communication and people skills.
