Quality Assurance Advisor
Daniel contractors, a leading Asset Management and Utilities company, are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Advisor to be based at their Warrington head Office.
The Quality Assurance Advisor is responsible for checking compliance throughout the business and for working with the Business Heads and Head of SHEQ to ensure procedures and processes are in place and controlled effectively. The QA Advisor will also be responsible for ensuring employees are made aware of issues raised and for promoting document control and system compliance. Sites are across the UK and as such, regular travel and overnight stays will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- To have detailed knowledge of all policies, procedures and other relevant documentation
- Assisting the business in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
- Assisting with the development and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System in accordance with the management standards BS OHSAS18001, ISO14001 and ISO9001
Key Duties
- Carrying out internal quality audits in accordance with the Audit Schedule, on a regular basis, to uphold high levels of compliance against regulatory and company requirements
- Maintaining and updating the Audit Schedule in line with company requirements
- Preparing Audit Reports
- Maintaining an accurate up-to-date Corrective Action Register and reporting on trends
- Carrying out audits on Sub-contractors, where necessary
- Assisting with the development and improvement of DCL processes and procedures
- Ensuring DCL IMS documentation remains up to date and relevant - document control
- Assisting in the data analysis of consultation exercises
