Business Services Director (ref BSD)
Salary: £42,230 - £47,380

The role of the Business Services Director has been recognised as key to the strategic development of the new Trust. We are looking for someone to champion excellence in our business processes and quality management systems. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the quality improvement strategy and the delivery of best practice initiatives. You will be the key interface between all the operational teams influencing the development of a Trust wide continuous improvement culture. You will lead the business services team consisting 12 staff based over 2 sites, with responsibility for IT, IS, facilities, HR and administration.
Strong management skills are essential, as are the leadership and communication skills to collaborate with and influence a wide range of people.
