As Quality Leader, you will be responsible for aligning our quality systems, organising the internal audit programme, embedding the quality system into company culture and providing training to line managers to achieve this. You will maintain company accreditation to ISO9001 and investigate complex customer complaint issues in order to devise suitable corrective and preventative actions.
With previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment you will have a detailed knowledge of quality best practice and be a trained auditor. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of Lean Thinking and Kaizen techniques and be able to analyse work situations, develop processes to improve productivity and show excellent leadership, motivation and interpersonal skills. You will demonstrate drive and initiative and be willing to accept challenges, embrace change and take responsibility for results. You should be flexible to work across both our Bath and Chippenham facilities.
