Quality Improvement Manager

This role has responsibility for managing the development, and implementation, of the quality improvement strategy and the delivery of best practice initiatives within our award winning factory. It is the key interface between all of our operational teams to ensure consistent achievement of factory KPIs. Additionally developing quality competencies across functions, ensuring we have a robust operational quality system and influencing the development of an improvement culture across both processing plant and laboratories.
Your key challenges will include setting KPIs and maintaining the improvement culture using a low cost approach. Of graduate calibre with a comprehensive Quality/CI toolbox including Six Sigma methodology, you will have broad experience in manufacturing quality management; ideally within a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment. The ability to empower teams to become self sufficient in the use of CI tools and techniques is essential.
