Journal of Quality
The Journal of Quality provides a dynamic environment for the dissemination of research, new concepts and ideas and best practices in all areas related to quality. We publish high quality peer-reviewed papers appealing to an international audience of researchers, students, professional advisers and practitioners.
We are not tied to any one managerial or professional philosophy - other than to truly interdisciplinary, multi-sector debate. The papers we publish will cover all aspects of product and service quality, plus the growing field of social responsibility including environmental impact and corporate standards of conduct.
Scope
The editorial panel intends the Journal of Quality to be a source of excellence both for academics and practitioners. We seek contributors from a wide variety of backgrounds. We welcome papers from historians, sociologists and psychologists as well as from the more traditional areas of the physical sciences, engineering and managements. Practising professionals are encouraged to submit papers alongside academics.
Live content
Unlike traditional paper journals, the Journal of Quality will be continually updated. Each paper will have an associated discussion forum designed to promote dynamic debate of the issues raised.
Peer-review
Our double-blind peer-review process is intended to maintain the high quality of the journal in line with best international practice among other high-grade journals. Our panel of reviewers meet a range of criteria intended to ensure their expertise and integrity.
