How to register for CQI online services

In order to register for online services, you will need to know your membership number, and have an email address registered on our database. If you do not know your membership number, it is shown on the wrapper of your copy of Qualityworld, or on any correspondence sent to you from the CQI. If you do not know if we have an email address recorded for you or if you think the one we have may be out of date, you will need to contact the membership department at membership@thecqi.org or +44(0)20 7245 6866.

1. Go to the CQI secure website (or any page on the site)
2. On the login page, select "register to use online services". You can also go directly to the start of the registration process
3. Select "I am an individual member"
   
4. Enter your membership number and surname and click Register. Remember to include any leading '0' on your membership number.
5. Select a prompt question and enter the answer. You will need this if you need to ask for a password reminder in the future. Your password will be sent to the email address we hold for you. This is shown above the prompt question box. If this email address is incorrect, please contact the membership department to update it.
   
6. When you receive the email with your password, please use it together with your email address to log into the site.
