- Members receive a monthly copy of the UK's leading quality magazine, Qualityworld, which looks at contemporary business issues and features the latest jobs in quality. Forward is a monthly e-newsletter sent straight to your inbox, which keeps you informed of CQI news and events.
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- CQI membership ensures that you are recognised as a quality professional that possesses the relevant levels of academic achievement, experience, training and integrity. All members are encouraged to participate in the CQI's CPD scheme, which helps you to plan your career, identify skills gaps and select the appropriate training needed to achieve long-term professional objectives.

- With a network of 36 branches throughout the UK and abroad, you can attend regional meetings and events.
- Website forums
- Participate in discussions that interest you most on our website forums. Some forums are open to all and some restricted to members.

- The CQI's range of industry or technical quality groups include: Deming, pharmaceutical, integrated management, engineering, medical devices and health and social care. Meetings are supported with telephone conferencing.

- Significant discounts are awarded to members on our extensive range of quality-related courses, which are offered both on site at the CQI and in-company at your location. Tailored specifically to your industry or organisational activity.
- Management Consultancy Register (MCR)
- CQI members can join, utilise and profit from the MCR which qualifies and registers individual quality consultants and supplies potential business leads to the registered consultants.

- The CQI also holds regional seminars and conferences throughout the year in which members are entitled to attend at a reduced entry fee.

- Diploma in Quality
- The CQI's nationally recognised professional qualification, consisting of six modules that can be studied on a part time basis at education centres world-wide, via a distance-learning package or a combination of two. The diploma meets the academic requirement for the qualification route to MCQI. Modules can be taken on their own and a 'mini qualification' can be achieved.
- Certificate in Quality
- The CQI's nationally recognised certificate, consisting of three modules that can be studied at education centres world-wide on a part time basis, via a distance-learning package or a combination of two. The certificate can be used as a stepping stone to the Diploma in Quality and when applying for the ACQI. Modules can be taken on their own and a 'mini qualification' can be achieved.
