Environmental concerns, ranging from carbon footprints to social responsibility and recycling, are moving consistently to the front of most companies' agenda. Many have already chosen to implement environmental management systems with more set to follow suit, and in the majority of cases, quality professionals will be at the forefront of implementing greener processes.
