More about 12 Grosvenor Crescent

Built in 1865 for the Marquis of Westminster, 12 Grosvenor Crescent has been extensively renovated and refurbished to meet the needs of event organisers. There are four high-quality meeting rooms, with two of the largest rooms decorated in gold gilt ceilings and one which boasts a large balcony overlooking Belgrave Square. For a smaller event the more traditional seminar room provides a distinguished venue. All rooms offer the latest interactive modern facilities for conferences, meetings, receptions, seminars and lunches at an attractive cost.

The Evening Standard (London) described 12 Grosvenor Crescent as: '.. a real find if price is a consideration but you are not willing to compromise... the budget prices are not reflected in the state of the venue, which has recently been extensively renovated and has some lovely rooms.'
