For a private lunch our catering room seats 36 people and has the standing capacity of 70 for a buffet. 	Conference room 1 This Queen Anne revival style room is ideal for high quality training courses, seminars and meetings and provides an inexpensive way to impress clients and business partners. With a capacity for seating 55 people theatre style or 25 people boardroom style, this air-conditioned room is the larger of the conference rooms and features a grand balcony overlooking Belgrave Square - ideal for evening functions.
	Conference room 2 Ideal for high-quality training courses, seminars and meetings this elegant Queen Anne style room seats up to 55 people theatre style (25 people boardroom style) and provides an inexpensive way to impress clients and business partners. Both conference rooms are air-conditioned.

Built in 1865 for the Marquis of Westminster, 12 Grosvenor Crescent has been extensively renovated and refurbished to meet the needs of event organisers. There are four high-quality meeting rooms, with two of the largest rooms decorated in gold gilt ceilings and one which boasts a large balcony overlooking Belgrave Square. For a smaller event the more traditional seminar room provides a distinguished venue. All rooms offer the latest interactive modern facilities for conferences, meetings, receptions, seminars and lunches at an attractive cost.
