The style of the seminar is informal and relaxed, the key concepts will be explained and examples of what Six Sigma and Business Improvement can help achieve will be discussed. We promise not to bury you with jargon and we'll even provide lunch! PMI's expert Consultants will be available to chat about your issues and improvement goals and to help you understand what will be useful for you.

Practicalities
