AGM - followed by DMAIC Reporting, 'Can We Simplify for Real Time Reporting'?

Clifton Pfleger has been an independent management systems contractor over the past 20 years and working mainly in UK, Europe and the USA with an odd trip to China and Australia. Mr Pfleger has been an IRCA Lead Assessor since 1992, assessed numerous companies worldwide for three different UKAS certification bodies and a registered Southwest Business Consultant consulting numerous companies gain certification to ISO 9001, AS 9101, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, Investors In People and Green Globe 21 Standards.

Presently he is working with Messier Dowty Ltd (aircraft landing gear systems design and manufacturing OEM) in Gloucestershire UK assisting them in improving their management system effectiveness, by applying Six Sigma Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control (DMAIC) Methodology within an AS 9101 Production environment.

As an improvement practitioner, Mr Pfleger has seen many versions of DMAIC forms and record contents. One of Mr Pfleger's strengths is having the capability of simplifying form contents that assists in management decisions being made quicker and more effectively.

With this expertise in mind, he has suggested a brainstorming session at the Gloucester CQI Branch on the subject of:

DMAIC Reporting, 'Can We Simplify for Real Time Reporting'? The brainstorming session could consist of;

1. Members bring their favourite DMAIC Form or Report to the meeting
2. Openly discuss their forms contents and outcome
3. Define an agreed output structure
