• Root Cause Analysis

Notes

The CQI recognizes that in certain circumstances, based upon people's organizational and personal development needs, certain individuals may require a different set of core skills. Therefore to accommodate this certain courses in the group of seven may be substituted by other courses, subject to approval by the CQI. Those which have been currently approved are:

• Note 1 - Substitute Developing the skills of the new quality manager
• Note 2 - Substitute External auditing at an extra cost of £394 plus VAT

If you have already completed any of the selected courses with CQI training, they can be accepted as part of the programme subject to the programme terms.
