Description

The objective of this course is to provide an overview of corporate social responsibility (CSR), and introduce some of the CSR-related national and international guidelines and standards, discuss their relevance to the organisations, and the potential impact on their suppliers and subcontractors.

  • an overview of CSR
  • introduction to some of the CSR related national and international guidelines and standards; and discussion of their application
  • discussions on establishing CSR policy, reporting and transparency and
  • the assurance process

  • quality managers, environmental managers and other managers and individuals within the organisation who are starting to get involved in CSR, or are interested in developing
  • their knowledge of CSR in order to investigate the relevance and application of this subject to their organisation
  • QMS and EMS consultants and other quality and environmental professionals who wish to obtain an understanding of the subject and the current and expected relevant guidelines and standards
