Corporate social responsibility
Description
The objective of this course is to provide an overview of corporate social responsibility (CSR), and introduce some of the CSR-related national and international guidelines and standards, discuss their relevance to the organisations, and the potential impact on their suppliers and subcontractors.

- an overview of CSR
- introduction to some of the CSR related national and international guidelines and standards; and discussion of their application
- discussions on establishing CSR policy, reporting and transparency and
- the assurance process

- quality managers, environmental managers and other managers and individuals within the organisation who are starting to get involved in CSR, or are interested in developing
- their knowledge of CSR in order to investigate the relevance and application of this subject to their organisation
- QMS and EMS consultants and other quality and environmental professionals who wish to obtain an understanding of the subject and the current and expected relevant guidelines and standards
