Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2005) Awareness Course
Description
This one day course provide delegates with awareness of the key requirements of ISO 22000:2005, together with implications on existing established systems based on other standards such as HACCP, IFS, BRC and others. It will explain how the concept of management systems have been superimposed on the well established HACCP principles.

Pre Course Requirements
No specific requirements. However, some knowledge and understanding of HACCP principles would be preferred.
